Unique Dream Services was born out of a simple observation: home appliance repair in India was fragmented, unreliable, and often exploitative. Customers had no way to verify technician credentials or get fair pricing.
Our founder Rajesh Verma, with 15 years of hands-on appliance service experience, set out to change that. Starting with a small team in Mumbai, UDS established the first certified technician network in the region — with transparent pricing, verified professionals, and a service guarantee.
Today, UDS operates across 50+ cities with 150+ certified technicians, a training academy, and a growing portfolio of solar and renewable energy services.
